Heads of State is an oxymoron, like Military Intelligence. I would probably refer to the other ends of their anatomies. The King of Canada is currently Don Martin. I think he was the cartoonist in Mad magazine that drew the characters with the floppy feet and long chins. Previously, we had some Cretin in that position.
