Robert I agree 100% with Mike. Do a search on the EDI-L group with 'drummond certification AS2', and you'll find the following:

Last I heard, it was $60,000 US to start, then $25,000 US per year after that." This is the primary reason why 'certified' AS2 software is so expensive.
