As some others have indicated, your question is really based on it depends..... 1. Who you are talking to (VAN)... 2. What volume you are currently doing AND expecting to do (but you have to show clear signs of trending and growth) 3. What resources you have to take care of Administration, mapping, technical aspects (a lot of EDI Admins don't know the first thing about true server administration), 4. and among everything else, how good of a negotiator you are. This may play a lesser role, but if you have the right volume and can negotiate effectively, you can probably swing a better deal than someone who just asks for a quote [EMAIL PROTECTED]
