ROI, why rip and replace something that is working! BTW, X12 is also used
outside the NA.
As to you math, I participated in both X12 and UN/EDIFACT, over the 18 years my
UN/EDIFACT participation cost was more than US$1,000,000. My X12 participation
cost was much less, even when including the membership fees and standards cost.
Most of those complaining about the cost of standards, not only X12, have never
participated and just want everything to be free what others created at their
cost :-(
