Over the past 9 years we have been charging between 30-40 hours per map. 850,
810, 856 etc.

Our customer is now saying this is too high.  I can do a map in about an hour
while someone else on my team may take a week.

I would like to get ideas from what others charge and how do you back it up. Do
you use a tool or have some other method to estimate EDI projects.

Anything you can share would be appreciated.

Steve
