GXS is quoting 8 days for an 850 with SDQ clone map and 20 days for a new base 
map!  So 40 hours is not unreasonable for a new map in my opinion and whether 
it includes the testing or not depends on the complexity.  An ASN is generally 
going to take longer than an 850 and 830's and 862's usually involve extra work 
and testing.
