The ones that come to mind are Github, Bitbucket, Google Code, CodePlex and Gitorious. Of those, Gitorious, Github and Bitbucket seem the best - although Gitorious is missing a bug tracker and Github a (proper) wiki. Also, they wouldn't allow developers to continue using svn. An alternative would be to find some people willing to do some sysadmin work and host it ourselves, for example on Amazon EC2 with appropriate redundancy/failover configured. That would allow us to run something like Phabricator to provide a wiki, bug tracker, repository hosting over svn and/or git (e.g. using a git/svn bridge), and code reviews.
