This question has got to receive the master of bad timing award. Not
only is this on the wrong mailing list it is on the thread that is
complaining about these types of questions. If you want to clean up
the list don't provide a solution to his problem on this list; only
point him to the appropriate vendor's site/mailing list/newsgroup.
