Hi As I am using WebSphere 3.5 I am having to build and deploy my beans manually, but if you are using WebSphere 4.0 then I believe it is a lot easier - you create an EJB Project and then you can automatically deploy the code etc. (see this tutorial to illustrate the idea: http://www7b.boulder.ibm.com/wsdd/techjournal/0110_wosnick/wosnick.html).
