Stan, Definitely a stroke of genius. I mean, the painting would have made your life miserable for a couple of days on the outside, and the Jack Russell will make your life miserable for the next 12 years. But you're going to fall in love with the little critter after a few weeks, and then it'll all be good :)
As for your choice of rig. Well, I wasn't in doubt, if I was going to buy any rig it would be the K3, there was no other option, it's a "real" radio, not like those "PC's with built in RF radio card" that other manufacturers pass for high end transceivers. I am so happy with mine after a week and I feel confident I'll never regret it. It's only my second rig, the first one that saw me through my novice (Uk "Foundation Licence" period) was a TS-130S, almost as old as myself and bought from eBay for a couple of hundred pounds... 73, Thomas M6TTH On 6 March 2011 22:13, stan levandowski <[email protected]> wrote: > > > Stephen, I spent my career in business and negotiation is how things get > done in business.
