K3 4.39 CONFIG: VFO OFS = yes
P3 1.09 span +/- 4 kHz
(1) VFO A = 3550.0, RIT off:
--> green P3 cursor centered, P3 reads 3550.00
(2) turn RIT on and set it to +1 kHz:
--> K3 VFO A now reads 3551.0
--> red P3 cursor is 1 kHz left from display center
--> P3 reads 3552.00
(3) tap CLR:
--> same as (1) above
