Did you e-mail [email protected]? Simply using [email protected]
works too, but it might take a bit longer before it gets recognized as a
K-line issue. 

I personally exchanged e-mails with one of the K3support staff Sunday and he
was busy answering questions for people instead of watching the SuperBowl.
