Wayne, In over 22 years in telecom R&D business over 3 continents (working for AT&TWireless, IBM, Cisco, Siemens and many other big players) I've never had the chance to see such a geat customer like Elecraft. If someone knows a better company pls let me know coz I don't :-)) I was amazed to see the number of employee are under 50! wow....or so and product quality and reponse time looks like is over 1000 employee :-) Actually this was one of the reasons to go for K3 and I can say after 2 months spent with the small giant I am impressed, overall K3 side by side with my FT5K functionwise is at least one step over.
