One final story before Eric lowers the boom: Many years ago I bought a special hand-drawn cartoon as a present for a good friend who was retiring. I had it professionally framed, packed, and sent via UPS. The friend reported that the glass in the frame had a crack when it was received. Back to UPS who returned it to the sender. The latter reported to me that it had appeared that UPS had used it as a tennis racket and the drawing was totally destroyed. Because it was a one-of-a-kind and the artist had passed away in the meantime, I had to find a substitute in his remaining collection which was not nearly on-topic as the one that I had originally had found. It was re-framed with acrylic replacing the glass and fortunately it arrived back to my friend without any damage, with UPS picking up the replacement and reshipping costs.
