You need some sort of connection between the radio and computer. Simplest is the USB cable that came with your K3S. Set CONFIG/PTT/KEY to RTS DTR on the radio of in n1mm+ go to Configure and set the com port (from Win device manager “ports”) and set the radio and then set KEY and PTT same as you did the radio.
