All -- I have completed part 1 and now testing the control panel and control board. Thought I did a bang up job soldering (have not lost the touch), but the high/low S-meter tests would not work.. Dissaembled the front panel and low and behold, pin 1 of RP2 not soldered... Duh... guess these 56 year old eyes have lost some of their touch...
