Yes, but -- they are overkill for use in a ham station, mics are likely to be pro electrets, and thus complicated to hook up to a ham rig. And, BTW, until you spend pretty big bucks, they're not all that comfortable either! The Beyer and Sennheiser sets I use for listening to acoustic jazz are north of $300, and they don't have a mic.
