If I is was not clear - that i the beauty of the ModMic you can add it to any headphones. And it does not damage the headphones and when you remove the mic the attachment point is small and does not affect the headphones in anyway. So I can use my Bose on the airplanes and then pop the mic on them when I get to the ham staiton.
