I found the problem. I had used KComm software yesterday. I used the 5 watt setting and this caused a loss of control over 12 watts on the front panel dial. The 25 and 100 watt levels work fine. I will post this to the general reflector so others will be aware.
Previous message: I was operating PSK31 on 14 meters and set power to 10 watts. I used my keyer to transmit. All seemed fine. As EU was coming in strong, I switched to the phone portion and attempted to set my power backup. No luck. I shut of the radio and turned it back on. No luck.
