You only need to poke gnome-screensaver as it will then unidle the session and gnome-power-manager will then bring the screen back. Just try it - use 'DISPLAY=:0 gnome-screensaver-command --poke' from a remote ssh session, if you're using the gnome power manager, it should then bring your display back. -- Michał Sawicz <[email protected]>
