And that is particularly true when you say you are not only using a Mac, but some defunct email program that they never heard of and don't support. What brought me to this list was my attempt to set up accounts for my cable connection. The tech support people I talked to could only tell me that Emailer was not on their list of supported email clients, and they didn't seem to give a damn whether they kept me or not. If it were not for this list, I would have had to give up.
