If you have not got a copy of the *just out* new version of
Mac OS X: The Missing Manual (Second Edition,) by David Pogue,
that's the one book recommended over others by several Mac techs
that I know personally through the MUG to which I belong.
(I'm just now taking the plunge into OS X, myself, after hedging
for several months.)
