Hi Chris-
I think you misunderstand me or maybe I did not make myself clear. Probably a little
of both.

Well it looks like several addresses are there. Sender, etc. Why cannot they trace
back to the original Sender and prosecute for knowingly sending a virus that has no
other purpose but to impede communication, destroying information, computers etc.?
Every system we have consists of three major components, i.e. Material and Human
Resources perceived and utilized by Communication. We can never have a perfect mix of
resources but with realistic and speedy communication we can employ them for a good
purpose in advancing civilization. Anyone who is knowingly impeding this process is
irrational and we need laws and a system of justice that can deal with these types of
crimes.

Now regarding your conclusion we need to teach the kids technological or academic
stuff in priority over training them not to develop and spread viruses I am in
disagreement. While I believe the technical education is important the
education/re-education of people regarding morals and ethics, values, the acquisition
of virtues and the like is far more important for it is because of the lack of proper
education, in a holistic sense, that we find these crimes against humanity increasing
in type and degree. The problem lies in the inability for our educators to be able to
harmonize science and religion, the products of our powers of faith and reason.
Without the morals and ethics, the values that come from reiigion we create a science
that ends in materialism and a technological monster. On the other hand if we have a
religion or belief that does not fit reason we create superstition and disunity.

Our children need to learn morals and ethics before or during the process of academic
training otherwise we will continue to see irrational behaviors such as the
development and spread of viruses.

Sorry to be on a soap box but I must deal with thousands of inmates in my Jail classe,
most of which come from irrational and dysfunctional upbringing because of a lack of
proper education.

regards,
doug

What they desperately need is to know how to live their lives
they need to know who they are, to what purpose they exist,
and how they should act towards one another; and, once they
know the answers to these questions they need to be helped to
gradually apply these answers to everyday behavior. It is to the
solution of this basic problem of mankind that the greater part of
