Jobs says that, however, it would be more apt to say propane only had 2% 
of a market, it gets hard to purchase gas to make escargot. (pun?!)  ;-)

It is not quite the analogy. I also think the stats only count retail 
sales, meaning the thousands of home built, cheaply distributed PC's are 
not counted. I have seen the global market share of Apple to all other PC 
hardware placed as low as 1%, based on their sales to intel X86 sales 
into the PC market.
