I would say, don't sweat it. With the level of demand for
the Beagle board, the problem will be solved. Even if it
does take 26 weeks, will there be more than two or
three people who will work on EMC for it before then? 

I think both Jeff and Matt Shaver own one and would 
probably share for the benefit of EMC development.
