This is (I think) just showing that it could be possble with Michaels
changes to emc to re-map what the gcodes do. Like he has already shown
with Tool change (M6). This would make emc2 more flexible. (not that
he is saying that we should change the G0 behavior)

machine
from thumbwheel switches like on the first BOSS controls. But,
since this
functionality is NOT defined in the RS-274D specs, and can easily be
programmed
in several G0 blocks, I'm not sure we should change behavior.
