My feelings about the docs at this point is the only way to have your cake and eat it too is to have the PDF docs be like the HTML and have just one "EMC Documents". This does several things, every thing is in one document and is searchable and linkable. You never forget which document had what. The file structure would be simpler.
While the one document would be larger than any one it would be smaller than the original Integrators manual iirc. I do recall before I started to change/move things in the docs the first go around that I solicited the development list first.
