See http://www.linuxcnc.org/docview/2.5 and click on the HAL manual. If the new manuals are somewhere else, then these old links need to be updated.
And, if the latexmath problem has been fixed, then the html manuals at http://www.linuxcnc.org/docview/2.5/html/ should show the fixed version. But, I just checked today, and the formulas are still bad.
