Two quick comments: (1) There shouldn't be anything missing that I am aware of. The various drivers, along with many other HAL-related items, have been moved to the HAL manual. The drivers should be in Part II.
(2) If another layout is desired for the HTML docs, it should be in addition to, rather than instead of, the current layout. This is because one of my goals was to get our HTML docs layout to match our PDF docs, so we didn't appear to have two sets of docs. I have no objection to having a second HTML layout if it is more familiar or convenient.
