I am not 100% sure about this. I can't decide if the heads are
conceptually tools or spindles.
The spindle table has an offset field. If this is set to the extruder
spacing then a spindle-swap works.
But, it probably does make more sense to see it as a tool change.

It is worth noting that the queries can lie about the table header names.

if anyone  out there in LinuxCNC-space has any experience with a
multi-head printer then I would be interested to see how they are
controlled, and we can see if the usage fits the proposed database
structure.
