I am sure that it is a question of users' mailing list, not developers'.
Is that offset consistent and precisely the same, if you run the code
several times (this can help to verify, if the problem is in
code/software or in machine)? Have you tried changing acceleration
values? That code seems a little strange - lots of small arc moves,
0,3 0,4 mm long.
