Thats a good start, what I'd need should fit one of my OXA QC tool 
holders and I don't think a 12mmx12mm shank will. I looked at what this 
vendor had, but 12x12 was as small as he went in std square shanks.

I have some 5/16" Glanz tools but they hold the more or less std rhombic 
shaped chips.

I'd also need it with the chip mounted straight on, as than one is, but 
offset to the left such that the max width of the chip was aligned with 
the left edge of the tool. So after the coffee kicks in, I'll go do the 
new install, and today I'll at some point be working in the same 
building Orkin is treating for carpenter ants & termites.  With good 
luck I can have the tool made long before one could get here.
