There should at least be the memory.  Hmmm... looking at the picture I 
have to wonder how old is the board?  Tin wiskers maybe 
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Whisker_%28metallurgy%29> ?  Not sure what 
to suggest if that is the case (other than a reflow oven or a reflow 
station).
