Unfortunately, it appears you can't get any closer to the actual product 
than that link as I can't find a page listing what size fits what, or 
the cost per.

They claim to cover from ER11 to ER50.  However from what I see the size 
range each could grip looks pretty limited, so I'd need at least 7 or 8 
just to fit what I have as my kit starts at 0-80, then skips to 4-40 & 
3mm, going on up to 5/8", plus a drawer full of chiped/damaged pipeline 
sized stuff up to around 3" NPT.  Those biggies could all be resharpened 
& restored to use but I've nothing to turn a tap thats 1.5" or more 
across the square butt.  The B.I.L. that died several years ago had a 
gold mine in such stuff squirreled away in a garden shed as he had 
worked at a natural gas pumping station for 30 years & had a bit of a 
klepto in him.
