No, partly because I know nothing about them.
However the tool table _feels_like it should be a relational database.
Defining how to store the data is only a very small part of the
problem. The real work is in getting that data to the places that it
is needed, when it is needed. Amongst other things this means making
the data available to the realtime code where there is no file system
access.
