The URL for the paper by RFI is either:

or
http://www.rfi.co.uk/hp_sheets/vehicle.htm
depending on the form you prefer.
The links at their web site did not work for me, but I
was able to "piece together the evidence," and get working URLs.
The 'troyan' site works as identified below.
