Hi All,
This thread is interesting, as I have heard my colleagues at NEMKO and
TUVRNA discuss how they can easily have product certified for Russia.
Is this a problem that is particular to Telecom equipment, or has the
ability to manipulate the system by use of Accredited labs been removed.
BTW - As a Product Safety Engineer working for a Laboratory, I have been
asked on numerous occasions to explain EMC standards and how they work with
the directives (thank a deity that I have not been asked to test or
troubleshoot). I am grateful for not deleting all of the EMC oriented
questions and answers, as I have become a more valuable asset to my company
by reading and assimilating the general knowledge.
