Hi Andrew,
It appears that you are trying to buy a new amplifier. Have you considered buying a used one? I believe you may be able to find one, maybe even reasonably priced, at an rental equipment company, such as Test Equity, Electro Rent or others (a simple web search should get you most of them). These usally come with a warranty & are calibrated. There are also web-based auction sites, too (ebay come to mind). There might also be a company out with an extra amp laying around and might consider getting rid of it. These are WYSIWYG. Just thought I'd throw my 2 scheckels in. Good luck in your search. I know HP do a couple but usual problem expensive and I only have a limited budget. Has anyone used a DBS Microwave amplifier type DBS-0119N410? Are they suitable for emission testing? Any help would be gratefully received.
