Andy, You may try Com-Power Corporation at (949) 587-9800. As per their catalog (this is about 2 years old), they were selling a 1GHz - 22GHz pre-amp with 30 dB gain for about $6400. I have been using their 1MHz - 1000MHz pre-amp for the last 5 years.
