Carpentier, UL does not require that language be in French and English for units carrying the the cULus Listing Mark. However, there are national Labeling and Packaging Regulations in Canada which you must comply with, and I suggest you get a copy and adhere to the rules. I am just curious what warning marking the plug-in power supply had on its' label. I have never seen a plug-in power supply with a special warning marking on it. Regards,
