I have to clarify my response to the forum, as I did with Josh. There's no extra cost UNLESS the form is filled-out as such. It's how the form is filled out, and the deal that was worked out between the two companies. The Multiple Listing application (known as 'Dual Authorization and Request Form') has a section on page 2 for 'Mailing and Billing Information'. The section is to be filled out if " . . . the Multiple Listing invoices or Listing Information Page should be mailed to someone other (this is underlined) the ML representative below." There's also a note "All Multiple Listing invoices will be sent to the Multiple Listee unless otherwise noted." Sorry for any confusion. John A. Juhasz

The original applicant only pays for it's file. There is no extra cost to bear by the original applicant. John A. Juhasz GE Interlogix Fiber Options Div. With the second you have to pay the maintenance fee for both files. The customer must of course agree to have your UL file number on the product. Under this program , only the original Listee's products will be in UL's published directories and On-Line databases. There is another way; Mutltiple Listing Program. You test the unit once. Under this program the OEM and your company must sign a Multiple Listing form with UL. Here, both companies will have a file number and each will be published in UL's published directories and On-Line databases. Best Regards
