I have to agree with John Tyra on this one. In this day of globally deployed products, not getting a CB Scheme Certificate and Test Report would be the exception, rather than the rule, if minimizing expenses and time to market are desirable. It's far easier on budget, time, shipping expenses, customs headaches and inventory destruction, if all possible national and group differences are addressed in one go.
On the other hand, there are still region specific products where a CB evaluation has little or no value. Most of my work for customers is not in this category. Regards, Regards, Peter L.
