Graduated between 1988 and 1992? Sounds like age discrimination to me! No one over 40 need apply. Not that I’m interested in the position, but this requirement sounds like it could violate the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 ( http://www.eeoc.gov/facts/age.html) .
