For sufficiently large values of 'not very'. (;-)

The merger involves a very 'back to basics' appraisal of what safety
requirements are really necessary, AND WHY. This must be welcomed with
open arms, but it not a project that can be rushed. It's not helped by
key people being retired by their employers.
