Joe, The Tektronix TCP303 probe and TCPA300 Amplifier will do it. 150 amps and DC to 15 MHz. 1% typical DC error. $3700 for system- not cheap but it is good.

My goal was to find one that can be adapted for use with a digital multimeter as well as an oscilloscope. I have found a few out there although the accuracy parameters are falling a bit short (12-15% above 40 Amps). I would be interested in looking at a number of solutions for those that have suggestions and any input you may have regarding pricing, pros and cons of the product, etc. Thx, Joe Joe Finlayson Motorola Computer Group 120 Turnpike Street Southborough, MA 01772 Tel: (508) 357-8273 Fax: (508) 357-8204 Email: <mailto:[email protected]> [email protected] This message is from the IEEE EMC Society Product Safety Technical Committee emc-pstc discussion list.
