Being that driving has a high risk anyway, is the possible added risk of EM even a consideration? Now cars are going wireless inside with Blue tooth and the 13.56 MHz magnetic signaling has been proposed. And don't forget the 30 V/m when I hold my cell phone to my head. Again, probably not anywhere near as dangerous as my driving can become while fooling with the cell phone.
