Thank you.  That is the exact information that I was looking for.  I
spent four hours over three days trying to find this information on my
own before posting my request to this forum--including two inconclusive
rounds of E-mails with the *one* standards vendor that looked like they
*might* have IEC 61326:1997 +A1:1998 +A2:2000 (their description said
"IEC 61326-1 09-Nov-2000 Electrical equipment for measurement, control
and laboratory use - EMC requirements CONSOLIDATED EDITION").  

I've been going through our standards library as part of preparing for
our A2LA re-accreditation, and I've spotted a few items like this that I
need to check and probably update on our web site.  Spending 4,200 hours
last year writing two electronics reference books put me behind in a few
other areas...
