Exactly.  National regulators must start working on changing their rules
to adopt 2004/108/EC, but it takes effect for us on 20 July 2007 and the
conversion to it for all products must be complete by 20 July 2009.

Bob,

2004/108 can be used from July 20th 2007. Then, there is a transition
period of 2 years where you can use both 89/336 and 2004/108 till July
20th
2009.
