Hello group,

I am involved in design of a small printer and one of the problems that I am
facing is the ESD failure on my I/O ports. Both USB and Parallel. The problem
is contact discharge and at 4KV. I pass 3KV but when I go to 4, it fails. Can
anyone give me some design guideline or recommendation that I need to follow?
I greatly appreciate it.

Thanks
Peter
