But you will need the Alert Marking (!) if the frequency is not harmonized
throughout the EU or as pointed out earlier if it is only harmonized in
part. You do not need a NB to notify the National Telecommunications
Authorities if it is a non-harmonized frequency. You can do this yourself.

If all the applicable standards are harmonized and you apply them all, you
don't need a NB opinion for Germany or anywhere else.
